Becoming a Christian is not based on being good or bad, it’s 100% faith. So, the difference between those who will be taken up and those left behind will not be whether anyone was good or bad, but what they believe at the time. And the Bible says many left behind will become Christians, too. So anyone who thinks those left behind are “bad souls” or would “eat the pets” or in any way not as good as they are simply have no understanding of Christianity and are terrible representatives of their faith.

Honestly, many of the comments on this blog, and even more comments I did not approve, have made me embarrassed for Christianity here in America. I’ve never been subjected to so much hate and vileness in my life, and this in the name of Christ.

Why aren’t you witnessing to the people you are hiring to do this volunteer work? Are you that cold and heartless that your pets are more of a concern than saving a human soul?

Besides, when the rapture occurs, there will be more important things on the minds of the volunteers than looking for a pet. After all they aren’t Christians; they will most likely just take the money and not do what they were hired to do. After all you’re gone, you won’t be here to monitor what they do or not do.

And, it’s a bleeding pet! American’s, in general, have an unhealthy attachment to their pets. I’m a pet lover just like the other guy, but they are an animal. The primary use of an animal is for either food or working animal. They are not a member of the family no matter how much you my care for them. Besides, when you are ruptured, you will have more important things on your mind, not weather or not if you let the dog/cat out b/f going to bed.
